ghosts tell stories
Kinnikuman, full name Suguru Kinniku, is a hero that has stood the test of time since his first appearance in 1979 in the pages of weekly Japanese manga magazines. In his never-ending quest to vanquish evil and prove himself worthy, Kinnikuman's story is the story that all of us tell on a daily basis.
This 1000% ghost was made in partnership with and as a gift to Yudetamago, the artist duo responsible for the creation of Kinnikuman. A touchstone of manga, comics, culture, and storytelling. One of these ghosts now lives in the Kinnikuman Museum in Numazu, Japan. The others remain with ghostwrite and Yudetamago.
